Thai Bodywork improves circulation, relieves muscular tension, helps expedite metabolism, boosts the immune system, and balances the body energetically, inducing a calm mental state. It incorporates rythmic motion, palming and thumbing along energy lines, gentle stretching, and breathwork. Sessions are done on a mat with clothes on. If the desire is there, movement therapy work can be brought into the session. An experience well beyond massage. The session I received was nothing short of a miraculous healing.
